Heard Mr. G. Mishra, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to dispose of the application dated 31.05.2022 vide Annexure-2 and take necessary step in accordance with law. 4.

Mr. G. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that Opposite Party No.6 is in occupation of a government land, which have been recorded as Gochar and Gramya Jungle inside Ratnachira River bed by digging a pond and this fact has been brought to the notice of the Opposite Party no.4, but no action has been taken. Against such inaction of the Opposite Party No.4, the petitioner has approached this Court in the Present Writ Petition. 5.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that since Opposite Party No.6 is in authorized occupation of the Government land and the Petitioner has brought

to the notice of Opposite Party No.4 about the same, there will be no difficulty on the part of Opposite Party No.4 to take necessary step in accordance with law.

Having heard learned Counsel for the Parties and after going through the record, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.4 to take necessary step in accordance with law on the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-2 by giving opportunity of hearing to Opposite Party No.6, as expeditiously as possible.
