1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

4. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the Order No. 1442, dated 25.07.2022 issued by the Opposite Party No.4- Block Education Officer, Puri, by which he has been relieved from the duty of CRCC.

3. Learned counsel for the State files the Letter dated 04.08.2022 issued by the Opposite Party No.1- District Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha, Puri wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Level IV and he has already accepted the promotion and joined the said post. If the petitioner is so interested for the Post of Level-V (CRCC), he could have

// 2 // forgone the promotion when he was promoted to the post of Level-IV.

4. Since the petitioner has already been relieved from the post of CRCC vide Order No. 2449 dated 27.07.2022 of DEO-cum-DPC, Samagra Shiksha, Puri, pursuant to the letter of the Director, OSEPA, Bhubaneswar, it is not possible at all to work as CRCC being deployed while working as Level-IV post.

4. In view of the above facts, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
