The IA is filed for extension of time to surrender as has been directed by order of this Court dated 20th October, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.2748 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 20th October, 2022 had directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below on or before 10th November, 2022. However, the said order could not be complied with as the grandmother of the petitioner was ill. 3.

For the reason stated above, the prayer for extension of time to surrender before the court below is allowed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Pipili on or before 23rd December, 2022 in 1CC Case No.23 of 2011 in compliance of order dated 20th October, 2022. 4.

I.A. stands allowed.
