Learned counsel Mr. B.Sahoo has entered appearance on behalf of the opposite party No.2 Rinku Sethi (informant). Vakalatnama filed is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 11 of 2022(Spl. Act) arising out of Dharakote P.S. Case No. 168 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Aska for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 342/323/324/307/294/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3(I) (r)/3(I)(s)/3(2)(va)/3(2)(v) of the SC & ST Act. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge, Aska, by Order dtd.26.07.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and counter allegations and the manner in which the accusations have been made, as borne out from the Case Diary, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 6.
Additionally it is directed that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once every week till submission of the Final Form. Violation of such appearance shall entail cancellation of bail. 7.
The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
