This application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9238 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to carry out the correction in the cause title and in the body of the petition in Court. 4.

Accordingly, the name of Court i.e., "S.D.J.M.,Keonjhar" appearing in paragraph-4 of the order dated 04.08.2022 be replaced by the "J.M.F.C., Telkoi". The rest part of the order shall remain intact.

The date of surrender as stipulated in the order dated 04.08.2022 is extended by three weeks as last chance. 6.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
