This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Earlier bail application vide BLAPL No.9099 of 2021 filed by the Petitioner was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2022 wherein on the prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the bail application was allowed to the withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to move a fresh bail application in the event trial is not concluded within four months. However, in the meantime four months time has already elapsed. Therefore, it is open for the Petitioner to move a fresh application in the court below as per the liberty given by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2022. 3.

The present bail application has been filed directly without approaching the court below. Therefore, the Petitioner is directed to

// 2 // move the learned court below at the first instance. Further, it is open for the Petitioner to move an application for interim bail. In the event any such application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
