All the matters were listed along with BLAPL No.6114 of 2020 on 05.07.2022. The said BLAPL No.6114 of 2020 was dismissed on the said date (05.07.2022) for non-prosecution. But inadvertently such order of dismissal which was passed in all the aforesaid bail applications were not reflected in the order sheet, as pointed out by the Registry.
