In spite of direction defect(s) as pointed out by SR has not yet been removed.

This CMP has been filed assailing order dated 6th July, 2022 (Annexure-6), whereby learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Berhampur recalled the order dated 27th April, 2022 (Annexure-3) passed by it directing the Defendant to provide details of the newly added Opposite Parties for issuance of summons. Since non-appears, it appears that Petitioner lost interest to pursue the matter.
