This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in C.T. Case No.254 of 2022 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Karanjia, arising out of Karanjia P.S. Case No.160 of 2022, offence under Sections 395/506 of IPC read with Section 25 of the arms Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karanjia by order dated 26.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they are in custody since 02.06.2022 since and in the

meanwhile charge sheet has been filed on 17.09.2022, further continuance in custody is not warranted.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail inter alia on the ground that there are materials to connect the petitioners with the crime, hence they ought not to be released on bail taking into account their criminal proclivity. 7.

Considering the age of the petitioners and the manner in which they have been implicated in the case at hand, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till the conclusion of trial 9.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
