This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore, humbly prayed that under the above circumstances, the Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to admit this Writ petition, call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same, issue Writ/ Writs in the nature of Certiorari/ Mandamus and/ or any other further Writ/ directions to the opp.party no. 2, the Collector, Jagatsinghpur for stop the construction work over the Khata No. 500, Plot No.748, Kisama Gramya Jungle, MouzaBadabalikini P.S.- Kujanga, Dist.- Jagatsinghpur within a stipulated period, which is fixed by this Hon'ble Court; And/or any other pass any other order/ orders, direction/ directions may be issued to as to give complete relief to the petitioner;"

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioners on the selfsame issue

// 2 // is still pending before the Collector, Jagatsinghpur, this Court directs the Collector, Jagatsinghpur to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioners vide Annexure-3 (series) and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto. 3.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioners.
