This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On plain reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the offence alleged against the Petitioner are under Sections 341, 323, 325 of the Indian Penal Code and on further scrutiny, it appears that all the offences are bailable in nature. Therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the Petitioner.

In such view of the matter, the anticipatory bail application filed by the Petitioner is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to file other remedy available to him.
