1. As far as Petitioner No.1 is concerned, he is stated to have expired in the meanwhile. Accordingly, the present application in respect of Petitioner No.1 stands abated.

2. So far as Petitioner No.2 is concerned, the Court permits him to urge all the pleas raised in the present application at the appropriate stage in the trial court. No further order is called for at this stage.
