Heard Mr.Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Das, learned ASC for the State-Opposite Parties. 3.

It is submitted that as per Letter dated 28th September, 2022 (Annexure-C), the jurisdiction of the matter lies with the Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha.

Accordingly, the order dated 29th August, 2022 of this Court is modified to the extent, replacing the Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Odisha, Bhubaneswar as the Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha. The Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha is directed to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It goes without saying that the rest part of the said order remains unaltered.
