2. This is an application for modification of the order dtd.15.09.2022.

3. Heard Mr. R. K. Bisoi, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

4. Even though in the prayer made by the Petitioner, it has been indicated that the Petitioner is entitled to get the benefit of 3rd RACP w.e.f. 21.11.2014, but in Paragraph-3 of the order dated 15.09.2022, the said date has been wrongly typed as "12.10.2014".The same be corrected and read as "21.11.2014".

5. Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
