Heard Mr. B.P.Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.P.Das, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the StateOpposite Parties. 3.
The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer passed by the Government-Opposite Party No.1 on 27.07.2022 under Annexure-4.

It is submitted that the Petitioner has less than two years of service left and as per the Government guidelines in force, she should not have been put under transfer.

Be that as it may, the Petitioner seeking cancellation of the order of transfer has already approached the Opposite Party No.1 on 28.07.2022 under Annexure-5.

In view of that, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition directs the Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on Annexure-5 taking into account the guidelines in vogue. This Court directs the Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The
// 2 // petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before the said opposite party within a period of seven days from today. Till a decision is taken, status quo as on today be maintained by both the parties.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 8.
