Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. is filed for modification of conditions imposed in Paragraph-6 of the order dated 24.08.2022 relating to criminal proclivity. It is stated that petitioner was a J.C.C. 4.

This Court is of the considered opinion that since the case registered against the petitioner was J.J.R Case No.87 of 2021, the same cannot be treated as an antecedent.

Accordingly the stipulation in Paragraph-6 of the order stands recalled.

Other conditions shall remain unaltered.

According, the I.A. stands disposed of.
