This CMP has been filed assailing the order dated 30th June, 2022 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jeypore in C.P. No.13 of 2018, whereby he rejected an application under Order XVIII Rule 17 C.P.C. filed by the Petitioners. 3.

The S.R. has pointed out that the CMP should have been registered as W.P.(C).

Since the matter arises out of an order passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jeypore, it should have been registered as W.P.(C).

Registry is directed to convert the CMP to W.P.(C) and list it after the S.R.
