The present contempt has been filed for the Order No.

alleged disobedience of the order dated 28.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.15693 of 2019. 2.

Mr. Samantaray has filed a compliance affidavit dated 07.12.2022 of the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Jharsuguda along with an order dated 07.06.2021 declining the claim of the petitioner for compensation.

In view of the above, we find that the order dated 28.01.2020 stands complied with and present contempt has become infructuous.
