01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "It is therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to i) Admit the writ application.

ii) Call for the record.

iii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs direction/direction directing the opposite parties more particularly Opp. Party No. 1 & 3 to regularize the service of the petitioner on completion of 6 years of service i.e. from 01.10.2017 in terms of the Odisha Group C & D (contractual Appointment) Rules, 2013 under Annexure-12 within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

iv) And further directing the Opp. Parties to extend all the financial and service been extended to Sri Rajiv Gandhi within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

// 2 // v) And/or pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper for the ends of justice. And for this act of kindness the Petitioners as in duty bound shall ever pray."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.3, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted Petition dt.28.03.2021 (available at Page 29 of the brief) taking into account Annexure-8 & 10 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
