3. The petitioner has been continuing as CRCC of Jhadlinga UP School Cluster under the administrative control of the Opposite Party No.4-Block Education Officer, Astaranga, in the District of Puri.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the grievance of the petitioner raised in this Writ Petition has already been redressed.
