1. Learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.3 confirms in the Court that there is a compromise between the parties and the informant does not want to proceed with the case any further.
2. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.650 of 2016 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Keonjhar and the order passed therein dated 22nd December, 2016 passed by the S.D.J.M., Keonjhar taking cognizance of the offence and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.
