Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 394 of 2022 arising out of Bonai P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Bonai, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 420/417/408 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bonai by Order dtd.16.07.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that the Charge Sheet has already been filed and keeping in view the age of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
