This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Prayer for modifications, as sought for in the I.A., is allowed. 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title as well as body of the bail application in court today, so far as the father's name of the Petitioner and the offences involved in the case are concerned. He is also allowed to carry out necessary corrections with regard to name of the case mentioned in the cause-title of the bail application. 5.
In the second line of para-6 of the order dated 05.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9285 of 2022, the words "Spl.G.R.Case" stands corrected and substituted by the words "Spl. T.R.".

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 05.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9285 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
