This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State-Vigilance.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the State Vigilance that no case has been registered against the petitioner as of now. Only fact finding inquiry is going on. Therefore, the case of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

It is open for the petitioner that the petitioner may move an application for anticipatory bail at the appropriate time, if any cause of action arises.
5.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
