Considering the innocuous prayer made in this writ petition and Order No.

as a decision in the matter is required to be taken by the Tahasildar, Basudevpur-Opposite Party No.3, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Basudevpur-Opposite Party No.3 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and take a lawful decision on Annexure-3 keeping in view Annexure-2.
