This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Perused the letter No.294 dated 21st May, 2022 of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Karanjia which reveals that the learned Senior Civil Judge, Karanjia has already been delivered the ex parte judgment in MAT Case No.276 of 2019 prior to receipt of the order of this Court.

In view of the fact that the Matrimonial Suit (MAT Case No.276 of 2019) has already been disposed of prior to receipt of the order of this Court, the order dated 9th February, 2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid transfer petition need not be given effect to.
