1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This is an application for modification.

3. It is submitted that due to inadvertent error made by the counsel for the petitioner in the cause title of the writ petition vide W.P(C) No.19286 of 2022 the name of the opposite party No.4 has been wrongly mentioned as "Block Education Officer, Padampur" in stead of "Block Education Officer, Rajborasambar" in the order dated 25.08.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.19286 of 2022.

4. Considering such submission, the prayer for modification in the order dated 25.08.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.19286 of 2022 is allowed.

5. Accordingly, "Block Education Officer, Padampur" be read as "Block Education Officer, Rajborasambar" wherever it occurs in the said order as well as cause title of the writ petition.

6. With the aforesaid modification, the I.A. stands disposed of.
