ORDER
11.10.2022 02.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite party no.1.
In this revision petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 26.07.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No.17 of 2022 by the learned Executive Magistrate, Tangi-Choudwar. In the impugned order, the learned Tahasildar, Tangi-Choudwar directed the D.A. in-charge of Demarcation to fix up a suitable date for demarcation of the scheduled land at the cost of 1st Party Member
// 2 // under intimation to the R.I. concerned as well as the boundary tenants and local police.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Das, learned counsel for the opposite party no.1 filed documents i.e. the order sheet of Demarcation Case No.58 of 2022 which indicates that after receipt of the extract of the order dated 26.07.2022 of the Tahasildar, Tangi-Choudwar, the demarcation proceeding was initiated and the Amin was directed to demarcate the land and the Amin after demarcation has submitted the report and accordingly, the Demarcation Case is closed and the report of the Amin has also been annexed to the order sheet.
