The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2 to vacate the suit land or to pay compensation as per the market rate for his illegal acquisition. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. P.C. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 4.
