Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 105 of 2022 arising out of Puruna Katak P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Harabhanga for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 498-A/313/294/506/34 of the I.P.C. and 4 of the D.P.Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Boudh, by Order dtd.29.07.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, Charge sheet has already been filed as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the period of custody since 17.6.2022, this

Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
