This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.167 of 2022 arising out of Manamunda P.S. Case No. 107 of 2022, pending on the file of learned JMFC, Kantamal, for the the alleged offence under Sections 143/ 147/ 148/294 /324 /325/ 307/ 506/149 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kantamal, by order dated 28.07.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the injury report, which is annexed to the bail application indicating that the injuries are simple in nature. It is
further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the co-accused persons have been released on pre-arrest bail by this Court vide order dated 26.07.2022 in ABLAPL No. 8064 of 2022 6.
Taking into account the nature of the injuries and release of the co-accused persons, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
