This is an application for restoration of CRLMC No.3499 of 2010, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 22nd February 2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

As the ground stated in the petition is not convincing, the prayer for restoration of CRLMC No.3499 of 2010 is rejected. 5.

Accordingly, the CRLMA stands dismissed.

But, liberty is given to the Petitioner to approach this Court, if the cause of action survives, by filing a fresh petition. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
