Learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that settlement arrived out of Court between the parties is already submitted to the Development Authority. In the process, this Court finds there is no cause of action surviving in the writ petition. It is further observed in the event any dispute is pending before the Development Authority, it shall be open to the parties to place reliance of the settlement arrived at before such authority and such authority taking into account such development shall pass order, as appropriate. but however providing chance of submission to the parties concerned. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
