This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State.

The petitioner is an accused in Spl. (NDPS) Case No.24 of 2022 arising out of Kantamal P.S. Case No.89 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kantamal, Boudh, under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act, 1985. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kantamal, by order dated 22.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Keeping in view that the date of occurrence is on 03.07.2022 and the consideration by the learned Additional Sessions Judge of the bail application is of 22.07.2022 and the

investigation is at a nascent stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 6.

It shall be open for the petitioner to move this Court to renew of the bail afresh after filing of charge-sheet if so advised. 7.

Accordingly the BLAPL stands rejected.
