This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State.

The petitioner is an accused in Gunupur P.S. Case No.138 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No.268 of 2022 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Gunupur, under Sections 452/323/354A/354-B/376/511 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gunupur, by order dated 29.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the tenor of the statement of the victim and considering the age of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till conclusion of the trial. It is needless to say violation of condition relating to appearance shall entail cancellation. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
