This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned Counsel for the State.

Apprehending registration of a case for the offence punishable under Sections 379/411/34, I.P.C., the present ABLAPL has been filed by the Petitioners under Section 438, Cr.P.C. 4.

However, as of now, no case has been registered, as submitted by learned counsel for the State.

Considering such submission, this ABLAPL is disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioners to approach this Court whenever F.I.R. is registered.
