This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) A writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ may be issued directing the Opp. Parties to release the admitted unpaid amount of arrear dues of Rs.8,21,274/- in terms of Annexure-3, within a stipulated time.

(ii) Appropriate writ / writs be issued directing the Opp. Parties to grant all financial benefits by revising the pay scales in terms of time to time revised pay rules (5th pay w.e.f. 1.1.1996, 6th pay w.e.f. 1.1.2006 and 7th pay w.e.f. 1.1.2016) and to grant the RACP benefits on completion of 10 and 20 years of service by two stages of financial up-gradation due to stagnation in respect of the case of the petitioner within a stipulated time.

(iii) Any other order / orders or direction / directions may be issued so as to give complete relief to the petitioner in the given facts and circumstances of the case as this Hon'ble High Court deem fit and proper".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 24.03.2022 at Annexure-11 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the order under Annexures-9 & 10 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
