Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the action of the authorities in imposing tax and penalty in respect of vehicle bearing registration No.OD-09-J-8333 (Tipper).

Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the Financier has already deposited the outstanding dues and the proclamation of sale has been withdrawn nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner may seek for change of ownership following due procedure of law.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
