2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Opposite Parties have not taken any positive steps to implement the order dated 24.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.19329 of 2022. The said order was appealed before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A No.10 of 2023 wherein the appeal was dismissed. It was further challenged before the Supreme Court of India in SLP (Civil) Diary No.50569 of 2023 which was also dismissed.

3. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the State is directed to take positive instructions in the matter.

4. List this matter on 24th February, 2025.
