The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. A.R. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. B. Sahu, learned counsel for NCB.

Considering the reasons stated in the interlocutory application and submission of the parties regarding ailment of wife of the petitioner, the interim bail granted by order dated 17th August, 2022 is extended till 22nd December, 2022.

It is made clear that the Petitioner shall surrender himself on or before 22nd December, 2022, failing which learned court below shall take all appropriate steps including issuance of NBW of Arrest to apprehend the Petitioner.
