At the outset, Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel has produced a memo bearing no.WRLA-CASEOP-0068-2022-27877/WR, dated 27.10.2022, whereby it is apparent that an amount of Rs.37,24,139/- have been sanctioned for payment of the decretal dues of the petitioner. He further submits that within two weeks from today, the said amount shall be released to the petitioner provided that the petitioner has furnished his bank account number wherein the transfer is to be made. The said memo be taken on record.
