This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State.

The petitioner is an accused in Naugaon P.S. Case No.123 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. Case No.836 of 2022 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur, under Sections 498A/376(2)(n)/354-B/120-B/506/34 of IPC. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jagatsinghpur, by order dated 20.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that chargesheet has been filed against the present petitioner on 04.08.2022 under Section 498-A/376(2)(n)/354-B/120-B/506/34 of IPC. 6.
Perused the 161 Cr.P.C. statement.

Considering the nature of allegations and keeping in view the age of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
