This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Anandapur P.S. Case No.136 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.131 of 2022, pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Anandapur under Sections 376(2)(n)/417/294/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Anandapur, by order dated 25.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement.

Considering the tenor thereof, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
