This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming outstanding final bill amounting to Rs.2,99,738/- in respect of Work Order No. 600 dated 08.01.2016 corresponding to Agreement No.256 P1 of 2015-16 and Work Order No.23626 dated 01.11.2016 corresponding to Agreement No.454 P1 of 2016-17 amounting to Rs.1,92,270/- and Rs.1,07,468/- respectively, by quashing the order impugned dated 20.06.2022 under Annexure-7.

Since the petitioner makes a money claim, which is arising out of a contract, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 5.
