This is an application for restoration of BLAPL No.6558 of 2021 which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 29.04.2022. Considering the grounds taken in the petition and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 29.04.2022 passed in BLAPL No.6558 of 2021 is recalled. BLAPL No.6558 of 2021 is restored to file and the matter be listed before the assigned Bench.

The CRLMA is disposed of accordingly.
