This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Cyber Crime and Economic Offences P.S. Case No.4 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.867 of 2022, pending before the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, under Sections 419/420/467/471/120-B/34 of IPC read with Section 66 (C)(D) of IT Act.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar by order dated 17.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 6.
Taking into account the nature of allegations, punishment prescribed and the role ascribed to the petitioner and being cognizant of age of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to
be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. Learned Court to fix the terms. 7.
Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every month till the conclusion of trial and one of the sureties shall be immediate family member, since the petitioner is not from the state and there is flight risk. They shall furnish their mobile numbers to the Investigating Agency.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
