2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- " to direct the opp. parties to disburse final pension, gratuity and commuted value of pension & differential arrear salary to the Petitioner, And The Hon'ble Court further be pleased to direct the Opp. parties to pay 18% interest per annum on the differential arrears with respect to final pension, gratuity, commuted value of pension and untilized leave salary w.e.f his retirement due to superannuation as on 30.9.2016, as well as such interest on the arrear salary of Rs.05,01,349 and Rs.1,12,762 so paid to the petitioner on 25.3.2021 and 30.9.2021 respectively due to five years delay, within a stipulated period; as there is delay in the part of the Opp. Parties for more than six years till date.

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-13 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and taking into account Annexure11series within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
