None appears for the petitioner at the time of call and therefore the matter was again taken up after lunch but no one had appeared again at the time of call. Further, no one had also appeared on the last date on 22.09.2022 when matter was taken up. The bail application is pending since 06.08.2021 and in the meanwhile one year has elapsed. 3.

It, therefore, presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
