2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- Issue notice to the opposite parties and on hearing issue writ of mandamus directing the Executive Officer, Choudwar Municipality-Opp. party No.4 to submit original Service Book along with the relevant pension papers to the office of the Commissioner, Cuttack Municipal Corporation-opp. party No.3 for onward transmission to the Director Municipal Administration, Ex-Officio Secretary, Housing & Urban Department-Opp. party No.2 for sanction/release of regular pension and other pensionary benefits in favour of the petitioner from his date of retirement on 30.11.2018 And further directing may be issued to the opp. party No.2 to release pension and pensionary befits within a time stipulate by the Hon'ble court." 4.

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance

// 2 // with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
