Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant. He submits, his client was applicant in the execution case. The case was dismissed with liberty to file afresh, on order dated 23rd September, 2022. By this application his client has prayed for return of certified copies of orders dated 8th September, 2006, 5th January, 2007 and 13th April, 2007 on substituting the same with attested true copies. 2.

The application is allowed. Applicant may approach the Registry with this order and true copies of the certified copies of orders to be returned.
